1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BusMate web terminal, dashboard console, or mobile Parent Hub software application layer (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all provisions within this agreement, you are prohibited from initializing a system session or accessing our fleet dispatch networks.
2. Scope of Service & Eligibility
BusMate provides real-time school bus fleet telemetry tracking, route optimization mapping matrix grids, and student transit management systems. To access the Parent Hub configuration layers, you must be a verified guardian explicitly authorized by an affiliated school operator node.
3. User Credentials & Access Accountability
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your authentication access keys, system emails, and secure password codes. Any transactional data mutations, updates, or leave submissions performed under your credentials will be considered your authorized direct intent.
Note: Sharing access keys with unauthorized secondary targets is a violation of system protocols and will result in immediate session termination.
4. Real-Time Telemetry & Tracking Data Limit
While BusMate employs high-frequency background GPS synchronization arrays, live maps markers are dependent on external satellite hardware coordinates and active network link layers. We provide all location metrics on an "as available" basis without binding guarantees of absolute velocity or signal resolution precision.
5. Acceptable Conduct Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from scraping GIS mapping assets, flooding Express endpoint gateways via automated script queries, spoofing transit location data packets, or bypassing parent-student verification constraints in our database clusters.
6. Terminations & Account Suspension
We reserve the exclusive administrative right to suspend or completely purge user credential branches without warning if an account exhibits malicious behaviors, bypasses safety measures, or breaks any structural legal criteria documented here.
7. Modifications to Agreement Layers
BusMate infrastructure managers reserve the right to mutate or swap these terms safely at any point. Continued use of the tracking terminal interface following system updates implies your complete acceptance of the updated text structures.
